My Cast Iron Skillet

My sisters may disagree, but I feel like I’m the best cook in the family. And I think with the cast iron skillet, you can do anything from a steak to pineapple upside down cake. It’s so versatile, and that’s a must-have in every kitchen. I think every chef would concur. My mom gave us some when we moved out, so it’s generational for us.

‘The View’

I stay in my pajamas to the third act of “The View.” That’s, like, my thing. I’m a huge fan of Whoopi. I’m not really a news person. Sometimes it depresses me a little bit, but if I watch that show, it gives you a little bit of everything from what’s going on in pop culture to what’s going on in the world. I love a good debate. It doesn’t always make you smile, but it always provokes thought.

Butter Pecan Ice Cream

My favorite ice cream in the world. And I had some last night. I started with half the pint, but now I’m up to the whole thing, and that’s not good. So I can only do it once, twice a month. I don’t indulge too much.

Apple TV

I have two of them especially for traveling, so I could have one in my bedroom and one in the sitting room. I have all my apps on it, from BritBox to PBS to Netflix. I love the reruns of “Sex and the City.” “Suits” is my favorite. And I love PBS anything. It’s not a game. I subscribe, I donate. What would be my favorite show right now? I love “Presumed Innocent” with Jake Gyllenhaal on Apple TV+. I like that they’re remaking all the old shows again.

My Swift Run Leopard Print Adidas Sneakers

I have them on right now. They’re old, they’re crunchy. You have to take the shoestrings out. They’re so comfortable, like sneaker flip-flops. People know me by this shoe.

When I first got famous, I went to Paris and I went to Chanel and I bought this backpack. It is a little discolored. It’s my absolute favorite bag. It’s almost like my good luck charm.

Haribo Gummy Bears

I have to have four gummies before I go onstage. Just four, because you don’t want to get juicy-mouthed when you’re singing. That is my ritual. It reminds me of when I first got into the business and makes me feel like a kid.
